Kickoff meeting
& brief building
The brief is everything. To implement precision-based development, we must build the best possible process in terms of raw materials, claiming, kosher requirements, pricing and more.
Jumpstarting the
development process
This is perhaps the most interesting stage. We concoct and optimize our recipes, until we reach an exact formulation.
The
tasting stage
The yummy stage is here. We get together for an organized tasting while filling out computerized questionaries for analysis and feedback. When necessary, we go back to the development stage to optimize our product.
Scale-Up
Process
As we analyze our product's standard compliance and capabilities, we also conduct production line testing that will help prepare it for ongoing production.
Shelf-life
Preperation
Based on all parameters listed in the brief, we examine shelf life via advanced external laboratories worldwide, in order to prepare the product for the ultimate grand stage: the supermarket shelf.
