Several years ago, a company named 'Shluhot' contacted us with an original request: to provide assistance with excess carrots and farm produce by creating a healthy and tasty product that people all over the world can enjoy. Shluhot's idea was highly inventive: a marshmallow made only from leftover fruits and vegetables. Proud to have been chosen for the task, we rolled up our sleeves and began working.Three years and 400 experiments later, we were finally able to create the world's first marshmallow based on 96% leftover fruits and vegetables (carrots, apples, pears and more) with no added sugar. Yup, it's a natural plant-based marshmallow!

Dimples has only fruit sugar (fructose), and includes lots of nutritional fibers that reduce its glycemic value. We and Shluhot are very proud of our special marshmallow, which not only responds to consumers' health concerns, but also addresses the need to preserve food that would otherwise go to waste.
