In today's day and age, almost every home has a carton of plant milk. Some people love soy or almond milk, while others prefer chickpea or oat. Some even drink canola or yeast-based milk. In the near future, the milk alternative possibilities will be virtually endless.

We work with the majority of Israel's plant milk manufacturers, developing their tailored plant-protein applications per their specific requests: milk, yogurt, hard cheeses, and more.

We are extremely proud of our collaboration with Imagindairy, a visionary start-up that produces cow milk without cows. Imagindairy milk is considered the next step in plant milk evolution, and we were fortunate to guide the company from the get-go in both recipe development and ongoing culinary consultation.
