It is only a matter of time before plant-based proteins replace the meat that most of us consume on a regular basis. We're still not there yet, for a variety of reasons. One reason is that the majority of meat alternatives are highly processed and contain many unhealthy ingredients such as stabilizers.
Meala was established because its founders realized the world is yearning for healthier and tastier meat alternatives. The company was founded by Liran Gruda, Hadar Ekhois Razmovich and Dr. Tali Feldman Sivan, in collaboration with The Kitchen – Strauss Group's foodtech hub. We all shared the belief that healthier meat alternatives are both essential and feasible. MEALA relies on an innovative process to create a new stabilizer-free protein. The result is not only healthier, but also juicier and tastier. Getting there wasn't easy: developing MEALA's solution required a lengthy time investment and many months of research. In the end, like all companies that are passionate about their vision, we were able to perfect our production process. It is only a matter of time before large protein alternative manufacturers start using MEALA to provide consumers with a "clean bite". Every passing day brings us closer to fulfilling our vision.
